Responsibilities
- It is the responsibility of the receptionist to make the very best impression to a client, caller, visitor, prospective client, and fellow employee
- As the front desk receptionist at TBWA\Chiat\Day, you'll be an integral part of our Office Services and HR team
- In addition to front desk duties, you may be tasked with minimal administrative responsibilities
- Open office doors at 9:00AM, close doors at 6:00PM (Office Hours: 9AM-6PM)
- Greet all visitors promptly, offer them water, connect them to the correct employee, or take them to the correct conference room
- Provide temporary username and password for visitors’ internet access

Responsibilities
- The Temporary Administrative Assistant is an individual contributor responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative support activities of Career Advancement and Engagement Business Operations
- This position reports directly to and supports the Director of Business Operations (DBO)
- The Administrative Coordinator serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, and individuals internal and external to Vanderbilt
- This position requires skill in customer service, organization, and coordinating multiple activities in support of a busy and growing office
- The Administrative Coordinator will assist in scheduling meetings, handle day-to-day problems and situations, and provide administrative, operations, and project support, as needed, to the DBO
- Manage the calendar for the Director of Business Operations including coordination of recurring, ad-hoc and committee meetings with internal and external participants
